                            RESOLUTION NO.   21051 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE,
                 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE CITY OF
                 CHATTANOOGA AND HAMILTON COUNTY, RELATIVE TO
                 THE SOUTHSIDE GATEWAY PROJECT, PHASE I.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute Agreement No. 680 for Implementation of Surface
       Transportation Program Activity between the State of Tennessee,
       Department of Transportation, the City of Chattanooga and 
Hamilton
       County, for the purpose of providing an understanding between the 

       parties as to their respective obligations for implementation of
       the Surface Transportation Program of the Southside Gateway
       Project, Phase I.
